Clinks supports, promotes and represents the voluntary sector working with people in the criminal justice system and their families across England and Wales. They have a very active website, often posting wider prison-related news that will be relevant to people working in prison libraries. Their website also offers an extensive Directory of Services offering information about over 1,000 organisations and projects working with people impacted by the criminal justice system. The network
The Network supports libraries, museums, archives, galleries and other cultural and heritage organisations (as well as individuals) who are working to tackle social exclusion and towards social justice. The Network shares information and good practice, including via its monthly Newsletter and regular Ebulletins, and via a number of email lists. It provides a useful directory of stock suppliers for libraries. It is co-ordinated by John Vincent.
